![]() GoDaddy suggested I upgrade to IMAP account which I did. Installed Outlook, but when looking at messages on POP computer, I could not see them on Win 8 computer. I have tried outgoing server ports 587, 3535, 110, 25, etc. I have Outlook 2007 that was originally set up as a POP account with GoDaddy on a windows 7 based computer. ![]() So, I'm checking to make sure this is not an issue on the Outlook side. On the Account Configuration page, select Yes to. I talked to my ISP and they say the issue is not on their side (although they won't discuss particulars because I don't work for the company on the account) and no other email issues have been reported in the building. In the Add New E-mail Account dialog box, select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP, then click Next. I work in an office building that provides T1 internet. GoDaddy hosts our email, and they have gone through diagnostics and blame the issue on my ISP. The server responded: 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected" If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). "Send test e-mail message: Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. When I test my account settings I get this error: I have been having this issue for about a week, I am unable to send emails.
